I just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with the work carried out. The 2 lads were fantastic, they were polite, professional, tidy, hardworking and obliging - I could go on. They were both perfect ambassadors for Clarke's Mechanical, your whole approach has been thoroughly professional; really quite refreshing. |

A very nice compliment & a big well done to Steve, Andre, Darren & Katie who sorted everything out! "many thanks to all the team involved in replacing the boiler & generally improving the heating system system for your excellent standard of work and "can do" attitude. The house had been left without heating for five weeks due to poor services from & a backlog of work from another national contractor. Therefore, it was a huge relief to have a proffessional, fast & caring response from Clarke's Mechanical. I especially appreciatted the efforts made to ensure that the boiler replacement was done before the companies Christmas shutdown so that nobody froze during the festivities! |

They have always been quick to propose solutions to problems and have had many good ideas about how to make the system more efficient along the way. I am writing to commend your plumbing & heating engineers Graham & Sam. They removed the old heating & hot water system & replaced it with a new combi boiler powered heating & hot water system. They also installed a new bathroom suite. Their task was complicated by the fact that we moved into the house a few days before they commenced work which limited working space. They also had to work in conjunction with other trades. They arrived punctually & worked systematically & neatly, completing one room at a time, cleaning up & replacing flooring at each stage. They effectively integrated their work with other trades & thereby helped complete the project on time. Whenever decisions had to be taken they explained the issues clearly & suggested solutions. Please pass on my thanks to them for a job well done. |
